"Awesome role model"

There are so many reasons to thank you for being an awesome role model for me. You have the greatest attitude; you are loving caring and have a great sense of humor, and incredible fashion sense.... Cubs scrubs, fanny packs etc.. Thanks always for your inspiration! You represent all the good things about working in healthcare."

"...makes complex concepts easily understood."

Deb Tauber was the first individual to introduce me to the power of simulation for front line clinical nurses of all levels of experience. As Chief Nursing Officer, I was unconvinced and my team was unprepared.   She convinced us through her hands on support about the impact simulation could have.  She coached us through every  aspect and helped us get started.  Deb used her excellent communication skills and professional influence to help me gain the buy in from my team.  Over the course of a relatively short time, the use of simulation was flourishing.   I appreciated her interventions and trouble shooting and the easy way she related to every individual she interacted with on this journey. She makes complex concepts easily understood.
